Removing DOS lines endings

DOS line endings are not allowed in Mozilla localisation files.  If your work
on Windows there is a potential that you will add them.  Linux localisaers
should not have this problem.

Linux

  dos2unix filename.dtd

This should do the trick and update the file in place.

Windows or Perl users
