mu-openlog: IDENT OPTION FACILITY

Opens a connection to the system logger for Guile program.

mu-logger: PRIO TEXT

Generates a log message to be distributed via syslogd.

mu-closelog:

Closes the channel to the system logger open by mu-openlog.
