Abstract:

This bibliography records publications on SGML (Standard Generalized Markup Language) and descendants, including Channel Definition Format (CDF), Chemical Markup Language (CML), HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) [used on the World-Wide Web], Mathematical Markup Language (MML), VoiceXML, and VRML (Virtual Reality Markup/Modeling Language). CDF, HTML, MML, and XML are specific SGML Document Type Definitions conforming to the SGML grammar.
